Challenge

VSO had previously relied on external products and frameworks like Tableau and React for their data visualisation and reporting needs which posed several challenges. Despite having more features in Tableau, the system was expensive and had trouble integrating with the products. Developing custom user interfaces with React was time-consuming and inefficient. These issues hindered their ability to integrate data visualisation efficiently into their products, leading to slowed development.
