Admin panels for your product
Manage accounts, plans, entitlements and content over production tables with role-gated write actions.
For product managers
Every launch drags an admin panel, a support console or a rollout tracker behind it, and none of them make the roadmap. Describe the tool and ToolJet builds it on your production data, under the same access rules engineering already set. Refine it yourself; hand engineering the edge cases only.

No engineering ticket needed
Type what you want in plain language. ToolJet generates the pages, queries and logic as a working app. Connect your data, set who can see what, and review the generated logic before publishing. Edit the app on the canvas afterwards.

Have developers? They can build the same apps fromthrough the ToolJet plugin
Manage accounts, plans, entitlements and content over production tables with role-gated write actions.
Cohorts, activation metrics and per-account toggles, wired to your flag service and warehouse.
One screen across your database, billing and ticketing, so support stops asking engineering to look things up.
Invites, participation, feedback and interview notes with owners and status.
Product analytics from your warehouse, filtered by segment, without waiting for the data team's queue.
Content, listing or request review with clear ownership and an audit trail.
Write the tool the way you would write the ticket. ToolJet generates pages, queries and logic as a working app on your data.
Rename columns, add a filter, change a status flow on the canvas. No pull request for the small stuff.
A custom query, a tricky integration or a component that does not exist: engineers add it in JavaScript or Python and hand the app back.
The app inherits your workspace SSO and roles. Support sees support things; billing actions need billing roles.
In production
Engineering has already approved it
You build inside the guardrails your platform team set. Nothing you ship creates a new login, a new credential or an unreviewed path to production data.
Apps use workspace SSO. Access follows directory groups.
Page, component, query and row-level permissions, set per app, inherited from the workspace.
Platform audit logs plus the approval records your app stores.
Test with your team in staging, then release. Version history if something needs to go back.
Security and governance features vary by plan. Workflows and Agent Builder are available on Self-hosted only; BYOK is a Self-hosted Enterprise add-on. Compare plan availability.
Two ways to get there
Self-serve
Start free. Describe the tool, refine it on the canvas, and ship it under your own access rules. Start with one app, then test it with your team before rolling it out.

When the timeline is fixed or the process is tangled, our engineers build alongside you: scoped delivery, production-ready apps, and knowledge transfer so your team owns the result.
Talk about a projectNo. Describe the tool and ToolJet builds it against data sources your platform team has already connected. You refine it on the canvas. Engineering gets involved only for custom queries, components or integrations that do not exist yet.
Yes. Data sources are configured by admins with scoped credentials, and permissions apply down to individual queries and rows. A support console can read customers without being able to change billing.
It is already a structured ToolJet app with version history and Git sync, so engineering can take it over, extend it in code, or promote it through staging to production like any other software.
Yes. Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres and other warehouses, plus REST and GraphQL APIs for services like your feature-flag provider, alongside 100+ native connectors.
Pricing is per builder, not per user. Every plan includes an end-user allowance and Enterprise includes unlimited end users, so rolling a tool out widely does not add a seat for every viewer. The pricing page lists the allowance on each plan.
Describe it, refine it, roll it out under the rules engineering already set.
